Wow! Dan is very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, effective, and efficient. He came about 9:30am and left my home an hour ago (11am) with the AC working properly. Mind you, I was with no running AC the entire night having the inside of my home up to 90 degrees!! Dan diagnosed the problem within minutes, bought the parts needed @Lowe’s, installed them, and had my AC working again.
He was very nice and on time ,im giving him a 5 star he has been Servicing my air conditioner for a few years now and I appreciate the work that he does and offers he is very honest not like most people I've encountered.
I’ve Never had a problem!! Used this service twice…2 diff issues (A/C and water heater). Great customer service. I’m probably annoying as a customer because I like to watch my service being done. That’s just me b/c I like to learn what’s being done on my house. Most people probably hear the doorbell and let the rest be whatever???
9/11 was our first night having AC after not having AC for 2 weeks and it was amazing! We were freezing! Thank you Old Republic Home Protection and Airsmiths Mechanical Service for all your help on getting us a new HVAC unit. Especially Dan at Airsmiths. He even called almost everyday to make sure everything was ok while we were waiting for the warranty company. He reminded me to call the warranty company when there was days that I forgot. Now I am rest assured and go to work knowing my mom and the dogs will be ok. He even sent me photos of the new unit and model number and the temp that it was running at. After a horrible experience with the other company and ORHP keeping up with making sure me and my family were taking care of in a timely matter I am so happy that I have kept them for 12 years and will continue to do so. Thank you both so much for everything.
